Puppy Kindergarten - under 6 months of age
Headstart - pups and adults, 6 months and older

Which class should I choose?

If your dog has not attended a prior training class, you will choose the entry level class that best meets your dog's age at the beginning date of the class session. Entry level classes will cover how to teach reliable verbal cues and hand signals. Your dog will learn to sit, down, stand, stay and leave-it, plus attention, loose leash walking, polite greeting manners and come when called, all while working with distractions. Time will be spent in each class to answer questions about behavior problems and socialization concerns as well as safe handling and basic manners, plus a few fun tricks, all taught using positive force-free methods.

Intermediate Level: (stage two - when you've completed any stage one class)

Prep - clicker training for all aged dogs who have completed
a beginning level (Puppy or Headstart) class at DITR or another school.
This class prepares you for a vast array of advanced level classes!

Advanced & specialty classes, too! (stage three - after Prep)

Advanced classes for clicker savvy dogs who want to have more fun expanding their skills! Select classes to help you meet your own personal training goals.

Behavior lectures and private consults.

Stretching and Strengthening - Core Exercise Class for Your Dog

Your pet will learn how to engage their "core" muscles to create strength and reduce injuries.
You will learn the basic anatomy and muscle groups for massage and flexibility training.
